It is almost impossible to resist the taste of carpaccio. Thin velvety slices with a few drops of olive oil, compose an excellent appetizer on its own, so imagine now in this delicious taste, that we add to our dish smoked mayonnaise, arugula, parmesan and fresh aromatic and juicy cherry tomatoes.
Make the carpaccio with fresh tuna which we freeze first to be cut into very thin slices.
