The fish is fresh and with daily receptions we always have everything needed for the preparation of seafood and shellfish dishes.
Our meats are all also fresh and Cretan from selected suppliers who have been tested many times for the quality of their products.
Our vegetables are also fresh daily receipts and are products of the Cretan land all of high nutritional value.
Of course we could not help but use Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the blessed Cretan land.
We are very proud of the award of our friend and exclusive supplier of olive oil Mr. Papadakis who recently won a Gold Medal for the excellent quality of his oil, in an international competition held in London !!
